என்ன நினைத்து நீ அயர்ந்தாயோ,
ஏது சொல்ல நீ விழித்தாயோ.

நீ இசைய அவன் அழைத்தானோ...
இல்லை,
அவன் அழைக்க நீ விரைந்தாயோ!

என்ன நிலை என வினவும் கணம்
நாவினை தளர்த்தி முடித்தாயோ,
உனது வார்த்தை அதை வெளிகொர்முன் -
நாவினை தளர்த்தி முடித்தாயோ,
உயிரெடுத்து நொடியில் சென்றாயோ !

நீ இசைய அவன் அழைத்தானோ...
இல்லை,
அவன் அழைக்க நீ விரைந்தாயோ!!!

This is dedicated to my Grandma whom we lost shockingly and suddenly; when I heard the news about how her last minute was, I just felt that the time had come for her to leave her eternal body and nothing more than that I can think it off.

May her soul live in peace and bless all of us wherever she is now!.
